About 40 Panda fans gathered at the Nagaro Zoo in the first hours on Sunday to say goodbye to Feng and Feng II, who returned to China, having spent 11 years Malaysia.
Despite the lack of a farewell ceremony, dedicated supporters – some travel from Serembana, as well as Kuala -Lumpur and Sellargor – arrived at 5am.
With heavy hearts, they calmly waited for Pandas to go to Kuala International Airport, where the couple will start their way back to their homeland.
At about 7.15am, vehicles carrying Fu Wa and Feng Yi jumped out of the zoo. Emotions rose high when fans waved, live live and shoot photos and videos. Many heard the calls: “Farewell Feng II!”
Their journey began as part of ChinaPanda loan program, good will to have countries that have strong diplomatic ties.
